Tony, this is actually what I sell with the Projetzwo fog light kit.  It is
not actually integrated with the lower grille in that you get a whole new
lower grille.  But you get these extensions that hold the fog lights that
actually look like the grille is all one piece (the quality is excellent).  
The kit comes with everything you need to install it including instructions,
wiring harness, relay, and a switch.  The kit is $325.  Let me know if you
