I am in the search for tires (no worry about = weather) but here in my country there are not many tires with 8 plies; I have = been offered some rubber (conventional) tires (not radial) it¨s size = is 650-14, 8 PR, brand is BF Goodrich (Peruvian).

The only Radial ones are 195R 14 from Good Year = (also Peruvian).
