I have these parts available too.  You can order the u-joints (Lobro) for $99
each 251521000, and the rubber flexdiscs for $30 each 251521001.  You can
call me and order or order through the webstore.  I have sold these to
several syncro owners and they have had good luck with rebuilding their
driveshafts this way.  I just recommend having the shaft spin balanced after
rebuild.  Hope this helps.
