I have been thinking about getting a = small utility trailer to tow behind the camper to carry bikes, luggage, etc. = The camper came with a trailer hitch attached. My thought is that I would = rather have some of the weight located in a small low profile trailer behind = tha van than on top of the van or in the back area behind the seat making it top = heavy. Is this a safe idea? What sort of gross trailer weight capacity would be = safe?
