My '90 Westy was converted a few years = ago by a A/C shop in San Diego. They checked for leaks and it has since been checked = for leaks and none found, but it is going out somewhere. It's cheaper for me = to just add a couple of cans a year to keep it cold.

then read that the = conversion will fail because the Vanagons AC hoses were
not made for the = newer refrigerant. Is anyone running 134a without the hose =
