Hello All,

I have a 1991 Syncro L that does not want to go into first = gear.  If the engine is off, I can shift normally with the clutch = engaged.  I recently replaced the clutch slave cylinder, which had only minor = effect.  The van shifts once it is moving, with the engine running.  Is this = a clutch issue, linkage issue or something that I can't find in = Bentley.  Any feedback and/or help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
