Vanagon. I cannot find a sourc for the main bearings. I =

most of you know that the main bearings are in short supply now. =
My dealer
tells me that VW lists only 10 red sets and no blue sets available =
in the
country.
Has anyone found an alternate =
source of
supply?
Can the bearing shells be rebuilt =
by plating
or flame spraying a new babbit layer on them?
Any ideas or leads
