I've been bumped twice, too. I read an = article in the newspaper today that Excite is having financial difficulties, and I = suspect perfidy on their part. Last time I had trouble was about 6 months ago = when my connection went dark and I read in the next day's paper that they had = laid off a significant portion of their workforce. I suppose that they may = have laid off the wrong people, as I was dark for three days.
