It is my understanding that Windows =
"XP" has a
Pseudo 95/98 mode That allows older programs to be loaded and run. Just =
not DOS
stuff. I Haven't tried it thou. and can't say if it really
works.

Re: ETKA on windows XP
Daryl:
I asked one of our Windows =
experts
who has worked with XP
and he said "normal" applications that run on
NT/Windows 2000
should run fine on XP. So ETKA "should" be =
OK.
(Problem
applications would be anti-virus programs and those =
that
mess
with the file systems.)
For NT or Windows 2000 you must copy the
two
files
LEXHDL5.DLL
=
LEXHDLL5.DLL
from
the EPC_PROG.W95 directory to your
epc_prog directory. These =
are the
versions
with the lock broken. The versions in =
the
EPC_PROG.NT4
folder are not....
Let us know if you get it to work. I =
might
be
able to try on one of our XP systems if
needed.
