One option on that paint job, that I heard of, and made a lot of sense to me,
because of all of the EPA laws & such, plus the fact that your neighbors just
aren't going to like that paint dust & smell wafting over on their cars, is:
As previously posted, strip everything, fix all the ouches, sand and prep,
then:
take that puppy over to Maco.
It`s not their paint spraying that's crap, it`s their prep.
You can probably work out a decent price with them for this.
And they`ll bake it as well.
Another thought is High School night classes. Use their paint booth. for $35
you get the use of their expertise, and facilities.
I`d stick with the same color.
It would probably take (me) about one week to strip the bus, and five years
to get it back together.
