I ha= ve had these header pipes on my '87 Westy since June of 2000 when Ron first = offered them for sale. I was just under my van yesterday checking thin= gs out and they are doing fine. Except.......the flanges and support b= rackets are not stainless and are showing copious amounts of rusting of the = support brackets. My van is driven daily through our lovely salt cover= ed roads here in Eastern Ontario. The pipes however still look perfect= . I expect the support brackets will have to be repaired in another ye= ar or so. Sure would be nice if DANSK would do the flanges and support= brackets out of stainless. DANSK and Bus Depot are you listening ?
