I'm one that has had good luck with the apparent invisibility of a
Vanagon to cops looking for speeders. Kind of the opposite of a
teenager in a red Corvette.
Though I do cruise our TiiCo powered '88 above the posted limit, and
I figure that Vanagons are about as visible to radar and laser as a semi,
I have never been stopped. I figure that the cops simply can't
connect the speed that came up on the gun with the Vanagon that they see
before them. I can see the cop smacking the speed gun and muttering
"What's the matter with you, those things don't go that
fast"

wondered how many other list members had recieved speeding tickets in their vanagons?
