If everyone is so concerned about = air polution ride a bike(which is way cheaper than a new cat, or a van at all for = that matter) or drive a geo metro.

I know you should do what you can = yada yada. but being on a automobile listserver and condeming others for poor emissions = equipment, seems odd.

the range of emissions standards = from state to state/ even county to county is wide.  Clinton county NY where I = live does not even have emission testing(yet).
