I have = gotten my van running. I pulled the idle stabilizer out to check it. After = running some tests using a multimeter, signel generator and logic probe. I found = no obvious problems. I cleaned up the contacts and reinstalled the stabilizer. The rich mixture problem has disappeared. I = think that one of the signals that the ECU and the idle stabilizer share was = shorted to another line.
