Can some kind soul help me with = this...my turn signals work fine when the lights are off. When the lights are on, = the passenger side works fine but the drivers side just stays on (does not blink). Any suggestions for this novice?

88 Wolf with 79 k miles (just paid = 6,800 US) any thoughts on that?
