Has anyone attempted to make a safari = type window for the rear window of a Westy. Hinged at the top, latches at the = bottom so it can be cracked open while camping, never for driving (recipe for = sleepy time). This might tend to hinder the occasional over-active wild = creature who might like to visit while we are asleep. Saw this in one = of the VW magazines this month for a Bus and wondered if it has been done on a Vanagon.
