I would check and clean your connections at the glow plug relay as regards the glow light but plan on replacing the relay. It is a PITA to get at the glow plugs without removing the injector lines and injectors. If you can afford it and are unsure of previous maintenance history I would replace the relay, glow plugs and injectors.
