Barbie... Perhaps you could give us more detail about this vibration... for instance... is it a pulsating vibration or constant? only during hard stops or all stops? do you notice it at all speeds?

There are brake jobs and then there are brake jobs... what exactly did they do/replace? ... rear brake shoes, front disc, rotars? turn drums? repaced brake fluid?

It may turn out that you paid for a minimum job and that more work will be required...it may not be their fault.
