Can anyone think of anything else I may have over-looked while gearing up to bring the girl back to life?

Only thing I saw that might be missing for you to take is perhaps spark wires, and take some injector cleaner with you. That might help blow out the nasties after she fires up.

You probably already know this, but... I've noticed spark wires being sketchy hoses the computer, making a nice engine run like a bad one.
