Your right Adam,

Those Pep Boys beauty rings ain't worth the price you pay for them---

I almost think they are pre-rusted prior to you buying them---

I bought a set of stainless rings at E-Bay---

Nice, and no rust---

Keep an eye on the beauty ring search over there---you'll find something----

I tried to find some brake dust sheilds to help combat the dust corrosion problem too----none available for the Vanagon wheel--

Not a happy moment--

Later,

Terry

Volks, I am tired of throwing money away on pep boys beauty rings.they are made of steel with a cheapie chrome finish that starts rusting almost immediately.on the front wheels the brake dust really discolors them. Any one find any good ones made out of stainless or aluminum? I think that would solve my problem.
