This is strictly a "trickle charger" look at the size of the panel............My brother is a EE and we talked a few years about solar panels in camping, etc.......and his thoughts on the subject were that it is costly, the technology has more or less gone as far as it can go (within reason) and there are a lot of size and storage limitations to get any real advantage............did some research and feel the same...........but something like this little battery charger seems like a very good idea in the case of your van sitting there not being used as a daily driver.
