I'm not so sure it is a concern, unless you have significant amounts of moisture in the system (that's why there is a dryer in the coolant lines...)

On the other paw, one issue of Freeze 12 (if it is like Duracool) is if it is UNDER filled in the system, it will tend to OVER cool.

As long as you can handle the wind chill, I'm fairly confident it isn't an issue. Most car manufactures >DO< suggest running AC at least once a month...ESPECIALLY in the winter, so as to keep the oil circulated through out the system.
