Matthew, Not sure that you can always repair them but If you have the time you might pop open the relay and try cleaning the contacts of the relay itself. Look for something like pitted points. If it is the electromagnetic coil, give it the sniff test and pitch it if it is not working and smells bad. there was talk a while back about repairing the idle stabilizing unit. Unfortunitly i was not able to find anything in the archives about it. So does anybody have any info on how to repair the idle stabilizer unit in a 2.1L wasserboxer? thanks matthew
