I've done most of these items on my '87 camper as routine maintenance in the last couple of years, the prices are labor only.

Any critial rubber or plastic part that's older than 10-15 years is living on borrowed time and needs to be replaced. I don't worry at all about long trips, I use my van for business travel and I can get called to go almost anywhere in the southeast on short notice.

I don't carry any spare parts. If I buy new parts, I install them. I do carry all my tools and inspect the bottom side of the engine/transmission every time I refuel and check the ground where I park every morning for fluid leaks.

Good luck
