Subject:      Idleing low when cold

My 2.1 liter engine has started to idle very low on start up and will die
unless I rev the engine a few times OR drive immediately to warm it up.

This did not happen for the two years I owned the van until now. What could
be the cause and should it be attended to?

This is a small annoyance but seems odd that it is now starting to happen
when it did not do so for years.
