Entity Larry Chase spoke thus: > Web: > <file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/RoadHaus/Application%20Data/Micro > soft/Signatures/WWW.RoadHaus.com> Err... that's not a web address, it's a localhost address. After 2 years I'm getting tired of looking at it. This is not even a web address: WWW.RoadHaus.com but this is: http://RoadHaus.com/ If you put a URL in your signature pleeeeze! Make it clickable in ALL email applications by pasting an http:// prefix to the domain. Since it is not standards compliant, the 'www' prefix will not work in Mac or Linux but only in Microsoft's Outlook Express for Windows. In OE Win, the clickability is set by the '.com' suffix so any format will work, but all we see is plain text. You'll get more hits if it's clickable. -- Gnarlie's virtual Tour de Santa Fe http://www.Gnarlodious.com/SantaFe/Tour.php |
