Considering the original post was a reply to a non-discussion, the only
reasonable explanation is that he is trolling with hopes this is a
high-traffic enough list that nobody would notice.

It DOES seem very strange the putz would go to all the work to make a
webpage complete with scans of the police reports. What a putz.
