I use mine too.  Haven't really had the wish to have the stove outside
since I've had the van.  My '71 sportsmobile conversion had no stove, so I
used a Coleman propane one; that I used outside more than in.  What do I
cook in my current Westy?  Mostly pretty easy stuff like reheating
leftovers brought along or from restaurants.  Canned Soups, vegetables,
etc.  Sometimes a one skillet dinner with kielbasa, potatoes,
vegetables.  Hot cereal in the morning is easy too.  xSO used to make more
delicious things like buttermilk pancakes from scratch.
