There are other locations but not the best. One is the plate to the side of the oil drain area. There are sellers for modified ones ready to take a VDO sender for temp. for pressure the best location is that oil pressure sender port but you will need to make an extender for it. VDO used to sell one but discontinued it. I made one with fittings from a local performance shop and Earls lines. Was actually cheaper than what VDO had wanted for theirs when it was available.
