Hella is a major brand here. The main problem is factory fogs... a
lot of Ja[panese cars and BMWs have them standard. Subaru, Ford
Falcon. Pugeot & BMW owners appear to be the worst offenders. To my
knowledge factory fogs are nonadjustable (though I have never looked
closely to look for screws... must do this). Whatever, these lights
DO glare seriously. Those few which don't I ignore, of course, though
the usage is still illegal. It's the blinding majority which get up
my nose.

Uh huh. And how else do you think they are going to learn? The scummy
criminals called police are not doing a damn thoing except to make
money off speeders. Do YOU use fogs at night?
