these guys sell wool blends made in germany for mercedes, porsche ... et... they have an 805 area code so I guess they're in santa barbara, good climate capital of the world.

maybe you could get sewfine to order material from them and then have it cut and sewn to spec... maybe that would be better than molded carpet made of lesser material .. whatchya think about that?
