Subject: Re: Subie Vulchers

And don't forget the simplest vulchers of all...The Inline Four VW vultures. While having the same "type" of motor, the across the bottom boxer four, ala Subaru is preferred by some, there is much to be said about keeping everything "VW" if you decide you have had enough WBX in your life. If you want much faster for a vanagon that Subie looks good. If you want slightly faster and more dependable, plus fairly inexpensive and simple, the Inline four VW motors are a great choice. I am lurking around myself, looking for a second vanagon with a crapped out WBX motor...for another supercharged inline four install..
