Heloo again -

Ok, so this might be a silly question but I am stumped. We have a situation
where the front signal on the driver's side lights up as a running light but
will not blink while the passenger side signal blinks but will not light as
a running light.

Recently we re-wired the headlights in the bus (this is an '85) because the
headlight harnesses had been cut out - not sure this matters.

So any ideas?
