Scott,

It has nothing to do with being dumb. One simple explanation is 'man is intrinsically self centered'. This bloke, and many others, simply, subconsciously, think everyone is on 'their' island. Just kidding. Not really. If that one doesn't work for you try this: We all have faults/blind spots. This is easy to accept. The challenging aspect of this issue is empathy. It's so hard for me to understand why a person would be/come addicted to gambling, while that same individual cannot fathom my addiction to Vanagons (Not! [That last sentence fulfills my content responsibilities.]) The fact that one cannot understand anther's predilections doesn't lessen their effects in the least. I use 'predilection' because I subscribe to the non PC slant of 'we choose our poisons'. Shameless plug: http://www.amazon.com/Addiction-Choice-Jeffrey-Schaler/dp/081269404X But I digress.

I really want to rant on this:

I asked y'day for a measurement on the middle cabinet placement. Ya think with 700 listees, someone with a Westy (83 to 91) would bother to take a simple measurement and respond. Come on! Some of yous LIVE in your Vanagon. The rains have begun and I need to get me cabs installed before the weekend is out.

Please/thanks!
