Some of that was my usual tong in check stuff. I did leave out the scooter, small moto options tho not on purpose. Is the Vespa a two-stroke? CA allows 49.9 cc two stroke power. Not particularly clean by nature but clean by pollutants per mile compared to vanagons. Certainly a viable alternative. Doesn't beat a bicycle but more time efficient for longer trips. Pensionerd.
