Some Syncro's did not have lockers..It was an option, but most do with the exception of 89's..Seen more 89 trannys without locker than any other year..no clue why..musta been getting rid of the leftover stuff at the factory.

It does not seem to have the controls to lock the differentials, so probably is a Syncro without the locks (I think most of the US Syncros had that option but not all?)
