As far as I know..(and I have looked many times for another use, it being a
21 mm...
It's for the very early split case tranny drain and fill plugs..
Go figure they would still put an antique tool on one end of a perfectly
good 17mm tool

I'll admit that I wasn't sure enough of this to post without getting a
little backup from a google search in case I was making an utter fool of
myself, but I think it's for turning the engine?
