Thanks for that tiny Tim. As Tim and Jeff had mentioned, other conversions are possible. It's just a question of bringing the vehicle to a referee.

No 'payola' to anyone to pass CARB. Anyone thinking that is how things are accomplished in California is still living in the middle ages.:-) In fact, the certificates are usually provided free of charge.
