RE: Propex Install THE EXHAUST MUST BE TO THE OUTSIDE!! And so should the intake for the combustion. The large outlet pipe (where the heat comes out) can be anywhere the Propex is and the box of the Propex should have free air flowing to it to be heated. And the intake for the combustion is usually taken from the outside also. If you were to place the exhaust inside you would die! BTW, you might look at the idea of mounting the Propex in the bottom of the small cupboard at the floor next to the rear seat. Or go to the right side under the rear seat.
