 I've been following this thread and want to express my compliments to all
that have contributed.  Everyone stayed on subject and this thread in the
archives will be of great value to others in the future.  So many threads
drift way off subject very quickly but in this case every post seems to
have been of value in diagnosing and solving a problem.  I'm just a lurker
on 90% of technical threads but learn a lot along the way.  Thanks.

Please note - During the past 17 years of operation, several gigabytes of Vanagon mail messages have been archived. Searching the entire collection will take up to five minutes to complete. Please be patient!
