Hands down, I highly recommend this one as the best bang for the buck, at only $169:

It is from Just Kampers in England, whose weather is not that unlike what you see in the Pacific Northwest. I use it here in PA as well, on my own Westy. This year we had the snowiest winter in a decade, with several feet of snow on top of the camper all winter long, constantly melting and refreezing, and the cover still did its job.

It also has zippered doors so you can access your belongings or periodically start your van while keeping it covered.

We also carry a wide range of custom made covers, although they lack the zippered access. You can find them at http://www.busdepot.com/details/covers/ along with a description of the materials. The Mosom Plus cover adds a soft cotton flock inner layer, which can be an advantage if you have a restoration-quality vehicle and want to avoid any risk of a minor scuff while putting the cover on. However I'm not sure if it's necessarily any better than the $169 Just Kampers cover in terms of weather protection. For a significant improvement you would probably have to go all the way up to the $369 Stormproof cover, which is unparalleled in both protection and construction quality.
