Did a similar thing but much less thoughtful of others. Had a switch mounted in the house battery box that couples the two batteries together. Low starting battery? Throw the switch.

When the installer did all the wiring, I had him mount jumper terminals just behind the driver's door on the outside. They're right there if someone is available to jump us, otherwise I can jump myself by running cables from those terminals to our house battery under the sink.
Never needed it… yet… kinda hoping to go dead once so I can enjoy the concept.
