Doug,

I did Calgary to New Brunswick solo with a 3-yr old and a van I didn’t yet know - we flew out to Calgary to pick-it up and to “hunt dinosaurs”. Neither the boy or the ’88 Westy melted down on the return trip - though Northern Ontario had both of them at their limits (maybe the boy moreso than the van).

As long as no-one is in a hurry and there are plenty of play spots, kids love travelling in the van.
