Has anyone attempted to make a safari type window for the rear window of a Westy. Hinged at the top, latches at the bottom so it can be cracked open while camping, never for driving (recipe for sleepy time). This might tend to hinder the occasional over-active wild creature who might like to visit while we are asleep. Saw this in one of the VW magazines this month for a Bus and wondered if it has been done on a Vanagon. Onelist is nice to have, and thanks to Jim Arnott for setting it up, but it sure is nice to have Gerry back up and running. Thanks should also go to David Marshall for putting up with the rest of us for awhile, and to Tom Carrington, looking to the future. Mark 82 Westy
