I guess you are a little bit off track here. VW has a minivan, but it is not available with any Japanese badges. The Van is called Sharan, and is also available from Ford (Galaxy) and Seat (Alhambra). Ford is soon going to end its relationship with VW on this one, and start producing a slightly altered version at a Ford factory. Skoda will get the place of the Ford at the present VW/Ford factory, of which VW will buy Fords share. The Ford is going to get a new, longer front end, and delete the VW VR6 engine option and replace it with the 2,5 V6 known from the Mondeo and US Contour. The TDI will probably also be replaced with Fords own 1,8 TD.
