I have tried to get a response from anyone at bus depot via email since
Thursday, and havent heard from anyone.  I'm to lazy to redo my order
that blitzed the other day online because their server yaked, so I
emailed a copy of the confirmation screen (with parts, items, addresses,
credit card number, phone number, etc).  Cant find out if it ever got
read, hit /dev/null (bit bucket), or what?  Did my debt card get debited?
 This doesnt seem like their normal MO from what I have read from other
people, but I'm getting quite frustrated.  Dont know if my order was ever
placed, dont know if they have read my messages, they have no voice mail
either, Geez....

So Ron, I know from your other messages your understaffed and trying to
remedy things, but to not reply to or call someone since Thursday who had
problems (beyond the "yes we had a glitch"--not to me directly, but to
the list) is unsatisfactory.  Please reply, page, call me and let me know
what the deal is.

Thanks all for listening to my vent/rant.  Like I typed, they seem to
have a good track record from what I have seen, but I can't tolerate a
lack of service like this on a $200+ order.
