I was warned a long time ago on this list to make sure everything was intact as far as brackets etc. go on the exhaust system. Only one I had missing was that stubby little round solid steel bracket with a hole in each end on the 3/4 side. Dealer price was a horrendous $25, but much cheaper than a replacement for a cracked crossover pipe, doncha think?
